Do I need an account to use the app?
No. The app works fully offline without any account. You only need to sign in with Apple if you want to sync your collection across devices.
How does cloud sync work?
When you sign in with Apple, your collection is securely synced via an encrypted cloud service. Your data is stored in the EU and encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
Why can't I find a specific mug?
The catalog is updated regularly. If a mug is missing, please let us know via email and we'll add it in the next update.
The camera doesn't recognize my mug.
Camera recognition works by reading the city name printed on the mug. Make sure the text is clearly visible and well-lit. Not all mug designs have readable text.
Is this app affiliated with Starbucks?
No. Been There Collector is an independent fan app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Starbucks Corporation.

Brauche ich einen Account?

Wenn du dich mit Apple anmeldest, wird deine Sammlung über einen verschlüsselten Cloud-Dienst synchronisiert. Deine Daten werden in der EU gespeichert und sowohl bei der Übertragung als auch im Ruhezustand verschlüsselt.
Kann ich meinen Account löschen?
Ja. Gehe zu Einstellungen → Account löschen. Dies entfernt alle deine Daten dauerhaft von unseren Servern.
Warum finde ich eine bestimmte Tasse nicht?
Der Katalog wird regelmässig aktualisiert. Falls eine Tasse fehlt, schreib uns eine E-Mail und wir nehmen sie im nächsten Update auf.
Die Kamera erkennt meine Tasse nicht.
Die Kameraerkennung liest den aufgedruckten Stadtnamen. Achte darauf, dass der Text gut sichtbar und beleuchtet ist. Nicht alle Tassen-Designs haben lesbaren Text.
Ist diese App mit Starbucks verbunden?
Nein. Been There Collector ist eine unabhängige Fan-App. Sie steht in keiner Verbindung zu Starbucks Corporation.
